Celebrating Graduates Who Helped the Office of Information Technology Support Campus

Students, who worked in the office of information technology as student workers, graduate with 2,000 classmates at 4 p.m. Dec. 20 as part of the winter commencement at the Thomas & Mack Center.

Undergraduates earning their diplomas as part of the winter 2022 graduating class include:

  • Edgar Caro, mechanical engineering
  • Lucky Heng, computer science
  • Ciana Miller-Vaughn, kinesiology
  • Sofia Ochoa, nursing
  • Drelyn Tolmich, mechanical engineering

The students helped OIT employees support the campus community as computer lab monitors and RebelCard staff.

Additionally, Brenden Brooks, a student worker who worked for the information security office, and Andrew Schwab, a full-time employee who works in the operations center, earned their master’s degrees in cybersecurity. Their ceremony takes place at 4 p.m. Dec. 19 at the Thomas & Mack Center.
