On Saturday, January 6, IT Help Desk email notifications will be updated with a new theme that includes more information and an improved look and feel.
Support email notifications, created anytime a ticket is created or updated, will now be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently, they are sent from email@example.com.
