Please note the following campus technology service changes for the upcoming Thanksgiving recess:

• The IT Help Desk will be closed on Thursday, November 23. Phone support will resume at 8 a.m. Friday, November 24. Many campus technology questions can be answered through our chat bot, Scarlet, and the IT knowledgebase.
• The Student Union will be closed throughout the holiday weekend and as such the RebelCard Office will close at 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 22 and remain closed until Monday, November 27. You can always manage your card online to check your balance, add cash, and more.
• For a list of open computer labs, visit the Computer Lab Hours page. Remote access through Rebelapps will remain available.
