Starting Aug. 14, faculty and staff hosting or creating Zoom sessions need to visit the UNLV Zoom site to log in with their ACE account. They should have their device they already set up to get a multifactor authentication notification handy to complete the login process.

A friendly reminder, Zoom replaced Webex earlier this summer after receiving campus feedback. Faculty and staff should have received communication in June about the change. Get a refresher on the transition to Zoom.

The UNLV Zoom site has resources to help faculty and staff use Zoom for hybrid and online classes or virtual meetings. Expert help with Zoom, WebCampus, and Panopto is available at the Faculty Center (BEH 235) from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Aug. 21 or 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 24, via IT training, or contact the IT Help Desk.
