McAfee Disk Encryption software will be updated on university-managed computers on Tuesday, April 25.

The updated software will be installed automatically. You may see a dialogue requesting to reboot the computer to finish the installation. You can allow the reboot, delay it, or cancel it and restart at a more convenient time.

The update will fix software bugs and keep the software compatible with the latest Windows and Mac operating systems.
