New Cybersecurity Training Helps Employees Practice Good Security Habits Off Campus
Announcement Body
The new Cybersecurity for Remote Work Training is an opportunity to learn more about how good security habits can help protect against cyberthreats while you conduct university business off campus.
The 30-minute training is optional and open to full-time employees. It is ideal for those who work remotely, finish tasks at home after hours, or work outside of campus at other locations.
Individuals can sign up for the training in REBELearn. Managers can also enroll their staff in the training by sending a request to Jill Theroux in the Information Security Office at jill.theroux@unlv.edu. The remote work training does not replace the Cybersecurity Awareness Training that is required annually.
