We are nearing the completion of moving campus to Zoom. As a reminder, Webex will no longer be available after June 30. Here are a few things users with an individual Webex account or operator account can do to prepare.
Reschedule Meetings in Zoom
Do not schedule new meetings in Webex past June 29. Recreate any meetings and online or hybrid classes scheduled after June 30 in Zoom. This includes sessions scheduled through WebCampus.
Save Webex Recordings
OIT will download Webex recordings from the previous 180 days and make them available upon request. It is recommended that Webex users also download reports or other recordings before June 30. Recordings and other data from Webex will not transfer to Zoom.
