The office of information technology’s Frank Alaimo, interim manager of classroom technology services, and Andy Borts, senior instructional technology support specialist, participated in a live stream about how UNLV uses lecture capture on June 13 during InfoComm 2023.

While Alaimo was in Orlando, Florida for the conference, Borts attended the live stream in a RebelFlex classroom on campus. They discussed the evolution of lecture capture at UNLV, especially since adopting more online and hybrid class offerings in recent years. They were joined by other technology experts from Panopto and Epiphan Video.

InfoComm is produced by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA). It currently is the largest professional audiovisual trade show in North America.
