How to Get Software

Use at Work

Microsoft licenses are available for all UNLV barcoded computers at no additional cost.  To request access, please complete the Software Request Form.

Microsoft 365 is available to download and install at no additional cost for eligible users through our institutional license. This includes access to the full suite of Microsoft 365 applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Please note: By default, Part-Time Instructors do not receive access to the locally installed version of Microsoft 365. However, if you are currently teaching a course, you may request a license for the software.
