At 5 p.m. Friday, June 27, IT will update a security setting on the network file storage (X: and Y: drives) servers and then reboot the servers during the standard weekly maintenance period, 12:01 - 6 a.m. every Saturday.
We recommend that you save and close any open files on your X: or Y: Drive at the end of the day every Friday to help ensure unsaved work is not lost during weekly maintenance.
If you ever have any issues with a network drive after the weekly maintenance period, please restart the computer, try to connect again, and then contact the IT Help Desk if you need further assistance.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our file storage solutions in Top Tier shape.
