Rebelsites Will Be Discontinued By End of January

Rebelsites, which allows students to publish web content directly from their home directory, is being discontinued, effective Jan. 31, 2025.

The decision was made after a regular review of IT offerings showed low usage and security concerns. The software company announced it would no longer perform security updates or support the web hosting service.  

Students who used Rebelsites within the last year can still access their files in the home directory. If they still need a web hosting service, they should consider moving their content to a Google Site or another web hosting service provider.
