Get Technology Support
Get help connecting to campus WiFi, accessing MyUNLV and WebCampus, and using other campus technology.
Reconnecting to UNLV
Reset the password to your ACE account if you forgot it. Update multifactor authentication to Okta Verify to easily log into Workday, VPN, and other systems.
Renew access or set up eduroam on a new device for 12 months to automatically connect to the fast, secure campus WiFi network. You will need your ACE account to start the process.
You can now log into MyUNLV with your ACE account. Be sure to bring your device you set up to get a MFA notification to complete the login process.
Buy a computer to suit your needs though the Personal Computer Purchasing Program. Get computer discounts, free shipping, or other incentives when you buy through the university’s program.
IT Resources
Use Zoom to host online or hybrid meetings. Visit the UNLV Zoom site to log into the tool with your ACE account.
As UNLV faculty, you can download software such as Acrobat Pro at no cost. Find additional discounted software for home and instruction use, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
Complete annual cybersecurity awareness training and opt to take additional training to learn more tips to protect yourself and UNLV against phishing scams and other cyber threats.
Take accessibility training to develop more accessible materials. Check if content is accessible using Ally in WebCampus. Contact the Disability Resource Center for assistive technologies.
Let students know about the technology loan program that allows them to borrow a laptop for a semester.
Get 24/7 support without needing to contact the IT Help Desk using tools such as our ACE self password reset tool, knowledge base articles, and chatbot Scarlet.
