Users must connect their UNLV Mail or Rebelmail Google Drive account to their WebCampus profile in order to use this feature. Additionally, because faculty and students are on two different Google domains, users must change the Share permissions to General access - anyone with link on the embedded file or folder.
All WebCampus users have access to embed Google Drive files in the WebCampus Rich Content Editor using the External Tool option.
