Data Center Maintenance Outages, July 17-18 and July 23-24

Data center outages are planned for July 17-18 and July 23-24 to replace network equipment as part of routine maintenance that’s necessary to maintain the performance, reliability, and security of the campus network.

System Computing Services Data Center Outage
10 p.m. July 17 to 6 a.m. July 18

Thomas T. Beam Engineering Complex Data Center Outage
10 p.m. July 23 to 6 a.m. July 24

During these outages, campus services will remain available. However, internet connectivity and access to campus applications may be briefly interrupted. Services that may be temporarily affected include the wireless network, MyUNLV, virtual private network, and other applications.

Anyone who has issues with their internet connection or logging into campus applications once the work is completed should contact the IT Help Desk.
