IT Help Desk Locations Will Resume First-Come, First-Served Walk-In Support March 18

On March 18, the QLess Virtual Line software will no longer be used for in-person support at our IT Help Desk locations. 

If you need in-person technical help, please come to an IT Help Desk location for first-come, first-served support. 

QLess was implemented to help facilitate social distancing when the campus reopened following the COVID-19 shutdown. At this time, QLess is no longer needed for providing expeditious support.
