RebelDocs Is Moving to Softdocs Etrieve July 7

The RebelDocs digital records storage service is transitioning from the current software, Hyland OnBase, to the Softdocs Etrieve SaaS platform, which will offer improved features, support and security.

Important Dates

July 6: Hyland OnBase Becomes Read Only

Beginning Monday, July 6 Hyland OnBase will be available in read-only mode as documents continue to be migrated to the new system.

• You will still be able to view and search for existing documents
• You will no longer be able to:
  • Upload new documents
  • Edit existing documents

Once all documents have been successfully migrated, access to Hyland OnBase will end on Friday, July 21.

Tuesday, July 7: Softdocs Etrieve Goes Live: Starting 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, all new documents must be uploaded and processed in Softdocs.
