Grackle Suite, an accessibility checker for Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, is now available for UNLVMail accounts. Grackle works by scanning your documents to identify accessibility issues and then recommends steps to resolve them.

Grackle Suite has been installed for all UNLVMail accounts and is available now as an add-on for Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

To get started with Grackle:

• From the toolbar, click the Add-Ons menu in the document you would like to evaluate. Click Grackle Docs, Sheets, or Slides, which will change depending on the type of document you are editing.
• Select Launch.
• Approve the permissions request and select your UNLVMail account if prompted.
• A sidebar will appear in your document with a list of suggested changes to improve the accessibility of your document.
