Winter Break: What IT Services Are Open

Customers won’t be left out in the cold when it comes to getting support for key information technology (IT) services during winter break. Adjustments were made to ensure the IT Help Desk, RebelCard, and computer labs were available, especially with the Student Union closed Dec. 19-Jan. 1. For the most up-to-date information, check individual IT service webpages.
IT Help Desk support at CHB B-113 location
Customers can visit the IT Help Desk in CHB B-113 for in-person support or get live chat agent support during regular business hours while the Student Union (SU) help desk location is closed. They can call 702-895-0777 to speak to a help desk agent or submit a support ticket anytime. View the IT Help Desk page for when support is available, including holiday closures on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
RebelCard support available at help desk location
New RebelCard requests and in-person support are available at the IT Help Desk in CHB-B113 during the SU closure. If you have questions, call the RebelCard Office at 702-895-2351 to be redirected to a help desk agent. RebelCard will offer full-service support when the SU reopens on Jan. 2. SU 233 computer lab open on select days
Students can visit the SU 233 computer lab to use a computer from Jan. 6-10 and Jan. 13-17, or they can use RebelApps to remotely access lab software whenever they need it. All computer labs will resume normal business hours on Jan. 21. View the lab hours page for the most updated information.
